Payment Data: We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. All payment data is stored by Apple Store In-App Payments (payment processor). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That data is provided directly to our third-party payment processor whose use of your personal data is governed by their Privacy Policy. Data collected through the Wiistle mobile application: We may request access to certain features of your mobile device, such as your mobile device’s storage, bluetooth, sensors, and other features. These features accessed are used to maintain the security and functionality of our Wiistle mobile application. You have the option of changing our access to these features in your device’s settings menu.

We use personal data provided to us when you use our Service in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, for legitimate business purposes, and for compliance with our legal obligations.
